1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Final Call ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

Final Call is a macOS application developed by Vantica UG (haftungsbeschränkt). It reads your calendar to display meeting reminders and to help you join meetings on time. It is provided for personal and professional use.

3. Licence

Subject to these terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Final Call on the Macs you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App

  • Circumvent licensing or trial restrictions

  • Use the App in any unlawful way

5. Purchase and billing

Final Call offers a free 14-day trial. After the trial you can continue with either a one-time purchase (non-consumable, yours to keep) or an auto-renewable monthly subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store.

The monthly subscription renews automatically each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Introductory launch pricing is a limited-time offer and may change for future purchases; any purchase you have already made is not affected.

6. Refunds

Because purchases are made through the Mac App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Privacy

Final Call processes your calendar data locally on your device and does not transmit it to us or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep Final Call reliable but provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantica UG's liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
